without access to speedy checkout, on information about your past orders,
wishlists, Gold Mine, Blue Vouchers, Blue Credits, Blue Cash and all other
personalised BlueStone products and services.
11. Profile Deletion
Our Platform enables you to request to permanently erase
your Bahiti account. Once requested to delete, all associated information like
past orders, past/current Try at Home bookings, wishlists, saved addresses, and
any pending benefits.. The 'Profile Deletion' will require you to forfeit
future account creation with the same email address, and any claim. In the
event that your account has any open orders, payments, grievances, shipments
then we may refuse or delay the deletion of your account.
12. Grievance Officer: Any discrepancies and grievances with respect to
the processing of Your Information by Company may be addressed to the Grievance
