Returns and Exchange Policy
As such we don’t give any exchange or
refund option. However in the event that the
products purchased by you on the Website are defective, deficient or spurious,
you may return these products to us. If you return any products purchased by
you on the Website for any of these reasons, we reserve the right to verify
your claims before issuing a refund or exchange. Please note that we may
decline to issue a refund or exchange if we find that the products are not
defective, deficient, or spurious. And return of purchased product must
reach to the official address of Bahiti by 10 days from the date of purchase of
product. After 10 days we won't consider any return for refund under any
circumstances. And GST (if already paid) and reverse courier charges (Rs 100
only) will be deducted from the refund amount. In case customer chosen Cash on
delivery option, then the extra charge paid for cash on delivery won't be part
of refund amount or exchanged product cost.
Delivery of a product purchased on our
Website beyond the date indicated by us as the outermost delivery date will not
entitle you to a refund of the amount paid by you if the delay in delivery has
occurred due to Force Majeure or if the delivery details provided by you are
inaccurate.
Please note that you will not be entitled
to a refund or exchange for a product purchased on the Website and delivered to
you unless the product has been returned to us by 7 days from the day of
delivery of the product, under any circumstances. Product once used won’t
be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
